Panelist
Hayley Ryan, Field Engineering Manager
Hayley Ryan is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Field Engineering Manager at ExxonMobil Pipeline Company. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, Hayley has built a diverse career since graduating in 2009.Starting as a field engineer, Hayley has held various roles including integrity engineer, operations supervisor, and business development advisor. Notably, Hayley contributed to ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions business as an Infrastructure Lead, where she worked to develop a network of pipelines aimed at providing accessible energy while lowering carbon emissions.
In addition to her current role, Hayley serves as the co-chair for the American Petroleum Institute’s Low Carbon Energy Infrastructure Subcommittee, where she continues to work to advance sustainable energy solutions.
Originally from South Carolina, Hayley’s favorite class at Georgia Tech was Energy Policy and Technology, reflecting a long-standing interest in the energy sector.
Hayley is married to a fellow Georgia Tech graduate, and together they have a three-year-old daughter.
